After resurching the 1.5in flat iron for like 3 weeks & reading all the good stuff about it from other websites i took the chance and bought it from amazon.First 6 days after i order it from amazon i get an email that there out of stock and they are refunding my $$$.I was not happy sice i was exsided to try the iron.so i call the place that sold it to me and they offer me this 1in iron.I bought it thinking,o its just 1/2in diffrance. When i finally get it i try it and OMG this thing will leave you bald if you use it.I mean it really pulls your hair out when you go over it. I was so mad.I couldent even do my hair in the 20 min that it should take.I was so worried about how many hairs get pulld out that i was trying to go really slow and gentle. Now im going to try and send it back.so i do not recomend this product to any one specially if you want to keep your hair:0(

I’ve had a prior Babyliss Pro that was about 2.5 years old and over time, the flat irons do loose their heat and working capability. I realized this recently and decided to purchase another. Couldn’t find my former model but chose this one which was about the same price I paid back then. My hair, which is very thick and wavy looks awesome, shiny and smooth straight! I had forgotten how great a new iron works and the flatness stays put for days. Very happy with this item. Only wished it had the “teeth” on the once side like my prior one, since my hair is thick, this feature helps. My mistake for not noticing it before purchase, but overall — it is still excellent.

I really like this iron. I just started using a flat iron and the one I bought from a local store didn’t get hot enough for my thick hair. This one gets very hot and it heats up fast. I can straighten my hair in about 10-15 mins (my hair is a little longer than shoulder length). The only thing I don’t like is that it does not have auto shut-off, but I’m sure that’s because it’s a professional iron and professional stylists wouldn’t want their equipment turning off on it’s own.

With this Iron I could do the Brazilian Keratin Treatment by myself. It achieve the 450 F very fast and keep it like that. Very easy to use because it is not heavy. Your hands don’t get hot. Like every flat iron..you should be cautious coz..it is hot……Great flat iron I recommend it.
