I come from an ethnic background. My grandmother is black and white, and my grandfather is black and indian, and no im not just saying that. I do have strong nice thick hair, but it is also has tight curly and dry and it works wonders! Also, when straightening, use a ceramic iron!!! nothing else!! They work best on your hair and is best for your hair. Deep Conditioning should take place once a week or at least 3 times a week. Good luck! and i hope this works! It has a lot of vitamins and moisturizer for hair and really calms it down and makes it smooth. Plus its not too expensive. You can get the family size bottle for about $5. If you use heat alot, your going to need a protectant to spray on it before you flat iron or curl it. Dove has a lot of good stuff for that too, but i use CirtriShine anti-frizz. It works better than any other i have used and lasts a really long time! You can get it at about any drugstore, like walgreens. Just make sure you condition it alot!
