you could go to a salon and try to find a product.
i use ficocello's gloss anti frizz.
or try the pantene collection.
that works really great on my hair and it never looks wet.
hope that helps!

I have curly hair too and here's the steps I take for frizz free curls....
-brush my hair BEFORE I shower
-shampoo and condition with out piling hair on top of head
-get out and towel dry DONT scrub your hair just dab and scrunch the water out of your hair
-run your fingers through your hair to get tangels out if nessecary but DONT brush hair
-next scrunch in a curling cream (I use curl lifes curl cream)
-diffuse slightly but not all the way or else it will frizz
-mist lightly with hair spray and your good to go!! :)

Which product you use depends on what curl type you have. For example what works on really tight curls probably won't work on wavy hair.
You can determine your curl type by going here: http://www.naturallycurly.com/hair-types
You'll also see product recommendations for the various curl types.
Here are some general frizz-control tips:
   * A good haircut is key
    * Sleep on a satin pillowcase
    * Don't shampoo every day
    * Comb conditioner through hair in the shower
    * Avoid terrycloth towels; use microfiber instead
    * Air dry or use a diffuser
    * Use styling products suited for your hair type
    * NEVER use a brush
    * Don't touch your hair
    * A pomade is great for mid-day touchups
